Program Description:

Esthetics offers individuals seeking to build a dynamic career in the Esthetics industry a unique option.  This licensure program will help prepare students to obtain credentials in Esthetics with the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology. Students will complete a 600 hour (43 week) curriculum that provides advanced training in skin care practices, makeup application, hair removal, anatomy, safety, chemistry, and infection control practices. Students may qualify to participate in clinical internships throughout the program.   In addition to working in a salon or spa, licensed Nail Technicians and Estheticians are in high demand throughout the travel industry and in various physician offices. Students will gain experience in salon operations and build skills that they can apply to their careers as an independent contractor.  Prior to program completion students will have the opportunity to obtain additional certification as a Certified Tanning Operator and a Relaxation Massage Certification.

Course Tuition and Fees – $3,600 plus $10 application fee

Tuition cost for Esthetics includes classroom materials, toolkit, exam preparation and Ohio State Board of Cosmetology examination application fee. Toolkits are non-returnable and non-refundable.

*Students who are enrolled in the Nail Technology, Esthetics or Spa Technology combination program will be subject to a tuition policy that complies with Ohio State Board of Cosmetology 4713-3-11 and title IV funding requirements through the Department of Higher Education.

                     This is an opportunity to find out more about the program, tour the facility, meet other staff, and discuss program requirements.  
                     Should you wish to enroll at this time, you will fill out the proper enrollment forms, and the manager will schedule you for a short entrance test, which is required for all Full Time students.
